The candidate should have experience in providing the performance engineering services from architecture validation through development support to performance remediation. He should have experience in performance diagnostics, performance tuning, performance monitoring and code profiling, Strong experience in Quest Jprobe, dynaTrace Diagnostics and refactoring Existing system
Hands On experience- He is not supposed to do coding but should have hands on experience so that he can go to code level detail as and when required
